Jason Whitlock's Article: Thanks to LeBron, Thunder finished

Whitlock examines some strong points when investigating the fourth game of the NBA finals. I believe he has a strong handle on the NBA landscape and the new obstacles players face with social media. Check out his article.

Whilock's "The real reason Jackson's gone"

Whitlock often quotes his mantra - "enjoy my tweets, judge my columns." This often is necessary for his off the cuff tweets, however, if you keep this in mind, this is a great article to judge. I believe Whitlock provides great insight to the Raider's decision to fire Hue Jackson and is a great read for NFL fans.

Whitlock's "Saints have a dirty little secret"

Breaking down the 'short-comings' that Whitlock sees with Drew Brees - specifically his stature and need to make big throws; while I wholeheartedly disagree it is an interesting perspective that is worth considering. In addition, Whitlock discusses other NFL news and the scary thought that the Miami Heat maybe better with Wade out.

Jason Whitlock's "Tebow might be a true revelation"

Whitlock urges the Bronco's, after their latest victory, to pursue what Tebow could be - and credits his upbringing and family for his ability to succeed in the NFL>

Whitlock's "NFL has pushed offensive bias too far"

Examining the level the NFL favors and puts for its bias for the offenses. It is interesting when discussing this idea because investigate this word with classes - trying understand bias requiers you to understand the author's purpose. I think you can ask the same question here: what is the purpose of the NFL? I think the answer must be a balance: provide entertainment for their fans, safety for players (employers), and profits for owners. It is a fine line.

Whitlock's "Penn State cleanup must involve Paterno"

Whitlock provides a critical analysis of the Penn State position. Despite his honesty about this being a harsh piece Whitlock supports his points well.

I am waiting till more facts are uncovered from this investigation before deciding what I believe should happen. All I know is that tough questions have to be asked and answered as soon as possible.

Whitlock's "Nash, Hill open up on owners' hypocrisy"

Nice piece providing two articulate players an opportunity to share their point of view on the locket - Whitlock does a nice job framing his stance as well.

Whitlock's "Should we change our view on PEDs?"

Additional analysis of week two in the NFL. Again, I voice why continue to harp on Cutler? He had an MCL injury - you did not see Jamaal Charles re-enter the game

Whitlock's "NFL Truths: Cam needs to ignore hype"

A strong point of view about NFL storylines after the first week by Whitlock. I agree that Cam Newton has made his job tougher after a record setting debut - but I am more of a believer.

Jason Whitlock's "Can't be shocked by Miami mess"

Whitlock examines the Miami situation and the state of college football in this interesting article. The NCAA has a long way to go in fixing this problem that is impacting too many programs to be isolated incidents but instead must be a sign of structural problems
