Educational Article: Why Digital Writing Matters in Education
One of the most difficult skills to teach middle school students is writing. Students hate to write. Writing is difficult to learn and despite various attempts it is impossible to make writing fun 100% of the time. Yet, writing is a must learn skill. As a social studies teacher I infuse writing into my classroom as much as possible. The task of helping my students learn how to provide comprehensive responses to the basic questions (who, where, when, what, how, and why) with clarity is one of the essential components of my class.
