As the first day has finally arrived - the students are expecting the unknown. Meeting new teachers, seeing their classmates, and in 7th grade anxiety reigns. I truly work and aspire to know all my students - 130 or so teenage boys and girls - yet it is a daunting and difficult task. Our principal has emphasized the principle that we all should continue to make this a priority.
