Educational Article: Helping Quiet Children Get the Most Out of School
Working to engage all children is a struggle all teachers face. Finding ways to connect with every student can be a great challenge but when children are engaged teaching becomes more fun for all involved. This article: "Helping Quiet Children Get the Most Out of School" examines how to help those shy and quiet students in class. As a former one of these students I found parts of this article dead on and others worth challenging - but articles that make you define what you believe are helpful when trying to improve your classroom and that is always my goal.
