Often I find myself craving to play many of the games created by Zynga. This NPR article examines how an attempt to mock the Zynga games like Mafia Wars, Words with Friends, Hanging with Friends, Scramble with Friends etc. resulted in the popular game Cow Clicker. This is an interesting article as it highlights the growing popularity of apps with in game purchases that are making certain companies a lot of money. For any individual who likes to understand human behavior this would be a must click opportunity. I often wonder if I am in the 'special' group of people who need an intervention from such time consuming apps - as I often crave to play daily - all night and all day.
