For some the current job market is unbearable and beyond difficult to find employment- and while understanding the cause and solution to the current economic situation would allow me fame and riches I am not that smart - but I always like to understand situations so they at least make sense- when examining the job market and the journey of the job search I originally believed a degree would help an individual but is this true? The Student Loan Corporation had a recent infographic on the ROI of particular majors. At the end of the day, it's the major that will determine the career, although the school you go to has a lot to do with the type of job you have as well.
