I work with an amazing person who has helped me grow as a teacher throughout my three years here at school - she is compassionate, understanding, dedicated, and always available to help - I read hundreds of news posts a day but it is always amazing to learn and read about courageous people - I often post their stories on this blog or pass the links onto friends - but it means even more when you know the people involved - I opened up ESPN looking to find the video of a punch thrown in a girls baskebtall game and instead of seeing that negative message I was lucky enough to find on ESPN's homepage this story and I wanted to pass it along
